4 packages udon noodles
1 jar honey garlic sauce
1 can mini corn, sliced into rounds
1 package extra firm tofu pressed and diced
1 Tbsp candied ginger diced very fine
Fry up the diced tofu in oil then add the udon noodles, mini corn, honey garlic sauce and ginger. Keep stirring til heated through.
This made a nice meal with vegetarian spring rolls and rice.
