Chocolate Cake (serves 12)

(You'll need a big 10x15 baking pan for this.)

Sift together dry ingredients:
3 cups white flour
2 cups white sugar
1 cup cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together liquids:
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup oil
2 cups cold water

Add liquids to dry ingredients, beat til smooth. Pour into well greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Once it is cool it can be iced.
